Truman is very direct in his communications.
Here he is neatly seated completely covering the “Mouse”. This symbol represents the Earth. Homely cares and essential needs and desires. He himself is a large cat and yet he has carefully arranged himself on the “Mouse” and that symbol alone. He is making direct eye contacted with the human taking the image. All of these factors combined point to immediate action.

When an Oracle is content and comfortable enough to fall asleep do not discount the reading. The mood of your Oracle let’s you gage the urgency of the information.
In this case she is stretched at a diagonal from the “Mouse” across the “High Place” and clearly happily asleep. Her head and forepaws are  on the “Mouse” Signaling feelings of groundedness, safety and fulfillment. Her hind quarters are resting on the “High Place” this suggests a need for perspective. Taking the high ground in order to view you options at a removed viewpoint encourages a more calm and reflective approach, an ability to see all sides and allow room to maneuver.
